We are open for business and working during these days of COVID-19 emergency.
Our office is a robust virtual law firm, so we regularly work outside the office anyway. The only impact of the crisis on our operations is that our downtown office does not accept courier deliveries during the provincial state of emergency. Regular mail is picked up periodically.
Our condo lien registration services are operating normally from our usual remote work locations. Send lien instructions to [email protected]
Our live telephone reception is open to serve you Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm.
We are also pleased to offer online calendaring and scheduling of quick phone calls and AGM attendances. Say goodbye to emailing for our availability and back and forth emails to book meetings and calls. Visit our online tool here, check our availability, select a date/time that works for you, confirm it and receive a calendar reminder by email with a link to join us by Zoom meeting at the scheduled time. Just click the link to join, and select whether you want to use computer audio (and video is optional) or dial-in to the phone number provided.
We gladly accept direct deposits and electronic payments and e-transfers of condo common expense arrears by unit owners, mortgagees and their lawyers. We prefer not to receive cheques and paper payment instruments. After all, it’s 2020 and we’re committed to quick and easy funds transfers so we can rapidly deliver common expense arrears to our condo corporation clients, and we proudly offer to pay out common expense arrears by EFT. Time is of the essence, as condo corporations must maintain their cashflows during these difficult times.
Contact us if we can be of any help to your condo corporation.
